Snares, and partial answers

2026, telematic performance, duration: 00:40:00

Performed at: A Special Kind of Power, FormaHQ, London 2026

Outside at night, a woman stands illuminated by a harsh, handheld light. Everything beyond a few feet of ground disappears into dark. Meanwhile in London, a second woman sits in a long coat and watches, cradling a large screen on her lap.

Snares and partial answers is a live, telematic performance that asks what happens when a technique for manufacturing suspense is lifted out of the streaming economy and handed to someone to hold.

Featuring performances by Viola Faye and Mariana Aristizábal Pardo
